What measures are in place to prevent the spread of COVID-19 during events?

Staff are informed to take everyday preventive actions to prevent the spread of COVID-19 such as staying home if they are sick, limiting physical contact such as shaking hands, and enforcing the use of personal protective equipment such as gloves and face masks.  Staff are provided with gloves for use during events which are changed frequently.

How do I obtain a quote?

Kindly email your name, event date, venue address, number of staff needed and staff working hours to info@professionaleventstaff.com and we will email you an event quote. There is a 4-hr. minimum for all bookings. A 50% deposit and signed contract will reserve your booking. The balance will be due 7 days prior to your event date.

What type of staff do you provide for events?

We maintain a database of staff with various experiences but most commonly provide waitstaff, bartenders, meeting, conference and registration staff.  Our staff work together as a cross functional team to benefit several event types.
